Flux Cored Welding Wire Production Line

This production line is including the main process equipments of flux-cored wire production, but not including the transportation, hoisting equipment, the chemical analysis instrument and the equipments, machine repair equipments and other general purpose equipments. This equipment of our quotation is suitable to use the low-carbon steel strip to produce the general flux-cored wire which using in structural steel in the international market. Using this equipment can produce flux-cored wire of American standard (AWS) for any gas-shielded class structural steel. Representative variety is E71T-1 and E70T-1.

We could offer the roll sets for forming strips into tube with butt seam structure and over-lap seam structure. It is very simple roll adjustment and friendly to the operators. During the forming process, customer could set any reasonable filling ratios for production, there is encoder and servo motor to control the powder supply quantity. Once the powder almost used up, the machine will alarm and stop.

Both rolling cassette and die box can be used on our drawing line. We have our own designed rolling cassette that similar to the European cassette and we supplied lots of rolling cassettes for worldwide customers that used on flux cored wire production line. It is very easy adjustment and friendly to the operators.

The line can be used with carbon steel strip and stainless steel strip and to manufacture various application flux cored welding wires.
